“Real topical atmosphere”

The colorful greenish garden, peaceful location, neat and tidy comfortable room, the family’s own business and the hospitality they offered me—especially the food prepared for me. Also, the place is not far from the Airport and surrounded by plenty of coconut trees across 26 acres of Liverpool Estate. Nothing much else; the Wi‑Fi is a bit weaker, I understand the estate is rural, and mid‑day it was very hot (38 °C) but the good A/C in my room helped.

“Loved our stay at this hidden gem ❤️, will be visiting soon!”

Perfect for escaping the city’s stress; it’s lavishly green all around and you can hear peacocks calling all day. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and hospitable. Our room was a budget double for a two‑week holiday and still very comfortable for me and my girlfriend. Don’t forget the Sri Lankan breakfast options like pittu, string hoppers, etc. Will visit again soon. This isn’t a complaint at all; we knew the location and deliberately chose this gem. The only slight hiccup was a small part of the road to the estate being a bit shabby, but I heard it will be renovated soon.

“Zalig, goedkoop verblijf!”

The pool was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was also very tasty and the price‑quality ratio was the biggest plus. The shower didn’t get hot and the rest of the bathroom wasn’t great, but that’s expected with such low prices.

The hotel is in an amazing spot, and the room is super comfy. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. It’s a bit off the main road, but that adds to its charm.

The resort’s surroundings are beautifully calm and serene—ideal for anyone wanting to escape the daily grind. The staff are exceptionally helpful and always ready to lend a hand. We loved the meals, especially the authentic and tasty Sri Lankan breakfast.
