Beds were fine. Convenient to UNI campus. Hotel needs maintenance. Rooms have aging, damaged engineered floors (not carpet). No sitting area or chairs in the double queen room. Staff was not consistently helpful (we were told "it's not my job" to fill the soap in the common area bathroom.) Overpriced for what it was

for the most part the room was alright and comfy. Our bathroom smelled bad. Whenever I was downstairs and was going to talk to someone about it, there was a sign saying no one was available but I could pick up the phone to talk to someone. The breakfast included was okay - waffle batter was super sweet and I couldn’t eat it. Lastly, we couldn’t figure out the jets to the hot tub

Convenient to everything and the rooms and property are clean, and the facility is quiet. I have no complaints
