When we asked for the sauna to be turned on, it was done immediately. The spa area is nice and the restaurant is beautiful. The breakfast was also very plentiful.

The hotel was great, the restaurant superb with excellent food and the staff were very friendly.

I enjoyed the dinner but the bed felt too soft.

The parking was fine, but the bed or mattress was awful, there were orange cockroaches, it was unexpectedly unpleasant, mosquitoes sang and I was swatting all night.

Breakfast was always diverse, tasty and relaxing; the rooms are unique, well furnished, tidy and clean; everyone in the hotel is consistently friendly and helpful. The mattress didn’t quite suit my physical limitations, and the ventilation fan in the neighboring bathroom blew toward my windows and was loud at night.
