“Good stay at this place”

The staff were friendly and free water was available for refilling, so overall the stay was good. On the downside, the mattress felt a bit hard but still acceptable, the external AC unit sometimes ran too long and produced a loud noise that required turning it off and on, and when we rented a scooter for 100 k per day we later learned that the rental period was counted by calendar days, not 24‑hour blocks.

I booked through a platform and when I arrived the hotel said the room was already taken, so they couldn’t keep my reservation.

I spent a week in one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was first given a lower‑tier room, then the ceiling in that room rattled and made a low‑frequency hum whenever the people upstairs walked. I couldn’t prove it because the front desk didn’t hear those sounds. My requests to move rooms for three days were ignored. Living under a subwoofer for two days left me almost sleepless and walking like a zombie. I made the mistake of giving a one‑time code to scammers, which led to a huge crypto theft. Now, instead of relaxing on a paradise island, I’m forced to patrol police stations and prove I’m not a camel. On the last day I was finally given a room where trucks drive by the windows and honk loudly every five minutes.

The staff were kind, enthusiastic, and the prices were very reasonable; I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance.
