The hotel sits close to the airport, perfect for transit travelers. There’s an elevator. My room was clean and had everything needed. When we requested breakfast early because of our early flight, they supplied it promptly – huge thanks for that.

I was genuinely impressed by the welcome I received at this small hotel; it was a pleasant surprise after many Istanbul trips, and I almost didn’t believe it at first. I’d stayed a few times at another hotel in the same price range with similar services, but the warm hospitality here reminded me that trying new places between flights can be worthwhile. My stay at Lavender lasted just under two days, and honestly, I regret not staying earlier. Everyone here is so friendly! They offered tea, coffee, and sweets, and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. I sincerely thank the owner and the entire staff for their high professionalism and excellent service. The hotel isn’t brand‑new, but that isn’t a drawback for me. There are minor shortcomings, yet seeing the staff’s effort to improve and enhance comfort makes me feel it’s not worth dwelling on.

We stayed at the hotel for proximity to the airport. The metro is about 10 mins walk from the hotel, just 3 stops to the airport at Arnavutköy Hastane. The greeting from the staff was very friendly and they spoke excellent English. The room is a decent size for a couple of days and is very clean, an excellent shower and nice and quiet and well priced. The town itself is not at all like downtown Istanbul and is very much geared to the local economy. We had an excellent coffee at Laos Coffee just down the road. Second time we've stayed here and great for a late of very early flight (ours was 2.00am!). Nil - we enjoyed the stay

The price was great, the breakfast good, and the location excellent. The staff were very helpful. The hotel sits downtown between two busy streets, so the noise from passing cars and motorcycles was loud all night, preventing a good sleep.
