The hotel’s location was excellent, and the receptionist was great, giving us fantastic bike‑tour tips. The room was superb and the breakfast delicious, offering great value for the price. The only downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, with the bedroom separated from the rest of the area, and the kitchenette allowed for flexible self‑service. Unfortunately, the hotel was understaffed; every employee was friendly and helpful, but none spoke German or English, so communication was nearly impossible. Orders were often delivered incorrectly, and it was impossible to ask follow‑up questions.

The location was very good, right on the village square and next to the bus stop. Buses, gondolas, and chairlifts could be used unlimitedly with the guest card. The hotel was very modern, with a wellness area that included a pool, steam sauna, three other saunas, and several quiet zones—perfect for relaxing. We booked a Superior room and received a free upgrade to a Suite, which was a pleasant surprise that we gladly accepted. The staff were friendly and attentive; the breakfast buffet was complete, and dinner was very tasty. It was a lovely week! The only issue was that the vegetarian noodle dish on the first evening was so spicy that nothing else could be tasted; however, we were offered another dish, so everything was fine.
