The staff were friendly, and there was nothing negative to mention.
“They don’t provide room on time nd very unhygienic”
I didn’t stay because the room was not available and it wasn’t clean, so I didn’t like it.
The television wasn’t working, the toilet was too short, and the air‑conditioner didn’t work properly; please verify that everything is in working condition.
Everything was excellent.
“Extremely poor checked out the same day and had to find another hotel nearby”
The location was fine, but the rooms were dirty, the bed sheets had stains, and the pictures on the app were completely different.
