Convenient and cozy – the living area was huge, impressive even though I didn’t get to use it. Since I was traveling for work, the desk was a much‑welcome feature. The host was lovely and communication was easy. The only thing that could be disliked is that, being a bottom‑story flat, there’s a bit of noise from the staircase to the upper floors, but there’s not much that can be done about it.

Very good location , communication excellent from host , the flat was immaculate and had a lovely stay would 100% return here next time I visit colchester. Place was perfect no faults whatsoever

It was a green and quiet setting even though we were right in the city center. Plenty of privacy and space. It was nice to have our own parking spot and to sit outside. All sights were within walking distance, and you could also walk along the river while feeling far from the city.

The location was perfect, the space was great—more than enough for two people—and the facilities were nice and of good quality. The only issue, due to the extreme heat wave, was that the living room window couldn’t be opened, so it was quite warm for a couple of days.

This apartment is lovely, very clean, in a quiet area by the river so walking into town or to the castle etc was very easy. The apartment has everything you could need with a kitchen, bedroom and living room. Our host left milk and juice for us as well as coffee, tea etc. Our host was very helpful with check in and even gave us extra time on the Sunday to check out at our leisure. Very happy we stayed here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place in Colchester to stay. 5 stars 🌟. There was nothing we didn't like
