Located in the center of Sapa town, the room was cramped and the bathroom smelled bad.

The spot was very convenient, the beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean with free toiletries, water, and a fridge, yet one of our group got bed‑bug bites; the staff helped change bedding and offered mattress swaps, and for £4 a night you can’t complain.

Nice room, central and convenient location in the village, the hotel staff were kind and very helpful, but the linens were a bit dirty.

Warm shower and a pleasant view; we arrived early at 6 am, were allowed to check in at 11 am, a young woman that evening was friendly and pleasant, but it’s surprising no one mentions the huge motors above the room that make a hellish noise every night despite the quiet neighborhood—bring earplugs—and there’s no heating, no mugs, no spoons.
