“It. Was absolutely disgusting and horrible”

The bed was comfortable, yet the room was dirty, the carpet smelled, and the bathroom was filthy. The check‑in staff were decent, but the check‑out staff and the manager‑like lady were awful—no customer service, she called me a third‑party guest, chased me out like a dog, denied me an extension until 12:30, opened my door at 0900, then 10000, called at 11:30, and at 11:40 knocked on my room to tell me to pack up and leave. They were rude and dishonest.

“If I could of got a refund I would've left im never staying there and would not recommend”

The bed was comfy, but the floors were filthy and stained, the fridge barely cooled, the pool actually closed at 10 pm even though the website said 11 pm, the elevator smelled of weed, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, the AC cover was taped on, and the coffee maker was gross.

The proximity to the venue was perfect; I had to wait to check in, but since I arrived super early it was really my fault ☺️.
