Excellent—just 1 minute from the Tower of Pisa, the owner’s communication and help were superb. Worth it!

We liked everything! Great room, superb location, parking available, we checked in very quickly. Elisa was very friendly, let us keep the car in the parking even after checkout, always in touch. We’ll gladly return. The room windows face the square, and cleaning crews start very loud at six in the morning. It didn’t bother us, but it might for others.

Quite literally next to the gateway into the tower etc! The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Access to restaurants and cafes is good, with an excellent cafe directly opposite and a fabulous Ramen bar around the corner. Communication with the owner was first rate. Highly recommend

The old‑world charm was great, but the night was a bit noisy with a lot of traffic on the street.
