The staff were friendly. However, the room had a serious roach problem, the floors were filthy, the bathtub tap kept leaking, and the bed was extremely hard.

Location. The room was super dirty even they have bugs in the room, internet falling a lot. the personal was so rude I them for a extra towel because they only have two towels for room, and they said I will bringing to your room never didn’t I stay for 3 nights and they never clean the room even if we requested cleaning

Conveniently located. The lamps didn’t all work, and I had to keep asking for towels and room service. It took several days before anyone took the trash or provided towels. I requested room service and nothing was ever done. The walkway areas were generally dirty. The room locks didn’t work. I stood in a foot of water during each shower. The keys to my room constantly reset, so when I tried to unlock my room my keys wouldn’t work.
