I chose W Residence in Uttara instead of my usual La Meridien, and I was pleasantly surprised. The finishing, décor, and overall cleanliness were impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The atmosphere is positive and well maintained, and I’d love to return.

The hotel was clean and well kept, but the AC needed more power to increase cooling capacity.

Excellent value for money, with very friendly and responsible staff—especially Sadman and Mr. Santos—while the chief and restaurant staff were also great.
