The only bright spot was the location. I expected a lot more for the price; the beds were bad and uncomfortable, the AC looked like it was from the 80s with analog knobs and made a lot of noise. The ad made it seem like parking was free, but they actually charge fifty reais a day—cheaper to use a private spot nearby. The front‑desk attendant was extremely unfriendly, very stressed, cutting me off with canned answers before I finished my question. For the cost, it was the most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at in BH. Stay at Savassi Hotel instead; it’s the same price, includes parking, has great staff, a better breakfast, and a quieter, better spot for parking.

O pessoal da recepção foi atencioso. A piscina na cobertura, embora pequena, estava limpa. O wi-fi funciona bem. A localização é boa. O hotel é um tipo padrão 3 estrelas um tanto defasado e passa uma impressão de que está em decadência. Quarto extremamente simples com ar condicionado tipo janeleiro muito barulhento. Toalhas velhas. Café da manhã fraco e sem ar condicionado no salão do café, embora o dia estivesse muito quente. Pela estrutura do prédio, parece ter sido um bom hotel há uns 10 ou 15 anos, mas hoje está um tanto abandonado
