“Perfect way to celebrate anything in life”
We celebrated our anniversary at Pont de Val and the apartment was gorgeous, spotless, fragrant, and fully equipped; check‑in was a breeze. The candlelight dinner we booked only runs on Fridays, yet the staff went out of their way to set up a stunning table and make the evening unforgettable. A shout‑out to Justin, the manager, for coordinating everything, and to Gladys from Reservations for arranging the dinner. The waiter was attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting with Creek, who entertained us with jokes, songs, and fascinating stories. This was our first trip, but it won’t be our last. Thanks to the whole Pont de Val crew for making our anniversary unforgettable—we felt truly cared for. The only downside was the disappointing Springbok loss, which made the drive home a bit sad, but that was beyond their control.
