The location was good, but the cleanliness was lacking.

Everything was fine: quiet location, nice staff, a nice room, and free water; however, the breakfast that was included was not true.

We found the room was not serviced at all and the toilet smelled horribly like a public toilet, which the supervising staff inspected and acknowledged; after that, since they had no alternate room, they suggested we move to another property and confirmed a full refund of the booking amount, but to date we have not received the refund or any communication from the property management.

The staff were warm, but the sheets were stained, old bottles from previous guests were left behind, I was in a dormitory with three men smoking in the room, there were hairs in the shower, and the bed was very soft.
