I don’t really eat breakfast, but the coffee was good! I liked that it’s inside UND and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There was construction when we got there, so it was noisy, but that was not the hotel’s fault. They also said the bar closes at 10 pm, but when we arrived at 9:30, the bartender had already closed it.

Good location. Clean. Nicely maintained. The staff were unhelpful. I wouldn’t add a second night for the same price, so I had to make a second reservation. I requested to stay in the same room both nights, and was told no. I had to pack up everything. It was so frustrating that I abandoned the second night and drove home at 1 am.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, but unfortunately, it came at a steep price. The room itself had some noticeable flaws, including holes in the walls and ceilings, which made it feel a bit run-down. Despite the high cost, I was expecting a more polished experience.
