Only the location was good. I didn’t get the rooms I booked: I was supposed to have a Deluxe suite with AC and a sea‑view room, but I ended up with a city‑center room full of noise and just a fan that didn’t help.

The staff were responsive. The rooms were tired, the carpet had stains, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were broken. If you have kids, you’re stuck either sleeping in the heat or half‑awake because of the large open windows. The location is inconvenient for those driving, with heavy traffic and problematic parking.

I booked a one-night stay in a pet‑friendly room, yet I was charged extra for my dog even though he is perfectly clean. When I entered the room, the conditions were completely unacceptable: the toilet was dirty and needed cleaning, water was leaking from it; the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and filth; there was no air conditioning; overall, the room was entirely unsuitable for guests. Because of these issues, I couldn’t stay and had to leave immediately.
