The staff at this hotel were absolute stars - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even in stressful situations. On the other hand, the facilities were a bit of a letdown - our toilet was clogged from the get-go, but thankfully the hotel staff fixed it quickly. It seemed like the hotel could do with a bit of a refresh, but the staff made up for it.

The location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, there was no elevator, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, it was a great stay despite the lack of a lift.

The location of this hotel was great, but that's where the positives ended. When we checked in, we were shocked to find that our room only had one pillow, and no bath mat for the shower. We had to call the front desk multiple times to get more pillows, and even then, it took ages. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the breakfast was tiny and unappetizing. It was a really disappointing stay.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but it's let down by its subpar service. The location is good, with a pool and a spacious lobby, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the staff seem to need some basic training in hospitality, and the toilets are in a pretty bad state. With a bit of improvement, this hotel could be great, but for now, it's just okay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The place was crawling with cockroaches, the electricity didn't work properly, and the breakfast was a total lie. The location was nice, but it wasn't enough to make up for the fact that we paid way too much for what we got. Needless to say, we won't be back.
