The room was big, but the bathroom was outside the room.

The place is close to Trastevere station, which makes bus and train travel easy, and the room itself was comfortable. However, the host was unclear about the location; the room had no number, and I was told it was number 3, yet I had to go through a numbered kitchen labeled 2, and we spent about 20 minutes looking for the wrong door. Also, basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, and shower soap were missing, so I had to contact the host for replacements. Cleaning was terrible – they only swapped towels, and I had to ask; the host said cleaning occurs every 3 days, but it never happened, only sheets and towels were changed because I demanded it. The breakfast was awful, only sweets and processed foods, which makes me question the “Bed and Breakfast” label. I could give it a -1; 0 is still too high given the stress I endured.

The spot was convenient, but the bathroom was separate from the bedroom and that wasn’t mentioned in the description. The toilet had no seat, making it hard to use. I booked thinking it was an Rb&b, but the building entry instructions arrived just a few hours before arrival, and we were already on our way to Italy. We had no internet in Italy upon arrival, so we didn’t know how to enter, get keys, or which apartment was ours. My wife and I were very disappointed.

The location was fairly central and strategic, but not having a bathroom in the room was inconvenient. Over two days, the room and bathroom were cleaned only on the first day.
