The staff are kind and pleasant, especially in the evening and the night manager. A 3‑star hotel that doesn’t even deserve a single star! A truly deplorable experience from start to finish. A stinky smell in the room, uncomfortable bedding, pillows like a bad sofa, and breakfast so limited you wonder if the establishment really understands what it means to host guests. Comfort is nonexistent, services are disappointing, and the value for money is simply shameful for a hotel that dares to display 3 stars. In the end, the only stars I saw during my stay were those that shine in the sky! Everything else is absolute nothing. An establishment that should seriously review its standards, starting with cleanliness, bedding, and breakfast. Three stars on the façade, perhaps, but certainly not in reality. I strongly recommend against this hotel. An experience to forget and a stay that clearly doesn’t justify the price paid.

All rooms were freshly renovated, the beds were new and very comfortable. Those who like to sleep with the window open will find it difficult; either it’s dark and wind‑tight or airy and bright 🤔.

“Praktischer Übernachtungsort als Zwischenstopp.”

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel overall needs major renovation—entrance, corridors, windows, exterior walls look heavily aged and never updated. The entrance itself was dirty.

The reception staff were very friendly when we arrived. The staff at check‑out couldn’t apologise for the Wi‑Fi outage, which only got fixed at 00:30.
