The house was a real gem, packed with things you never think to bring. Everything was there, and there was plenty of space. We were five people plus a dog, and the area is charming with a good location. Everything was fine.

The cottage sits right in the middle of Bohemian Switzerland and it’s just as pretty as the scenery. The kitchen and living room are huge, which made it easy for the whole family to hang out together, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the little playroom. We also spent a lot of time in the garden and on the patio – both are lovely spots. Everything a big family could need for a holiday is there, so we didn’t miss a thing.

We spent New Year’s Eve in this house and it turned out to be a really peaceful spot. The place was spotless, the kitchen had everything we could think of, and the host replied fast and was super friendly. It felt like everything was set up for a flawless stay, and we’re already planning to come back for a summer visit.

After we left the apartment spotless, the host claimed we’d taken some blankets and used bedding that wasn’t allowed, and then refused to give the deposit back. We’re certain we didn’t steal anything, but the host stuck to the accusation and kept the money. It left a sour taste after an otherwise tidy stay.

This old‑style cottage is nicely fitted out, and the stove heating was a real comfort – we never ran out of wood. The owner was extremely helpful, even mailing back a few things we’d forgotten. The stay went off without a hitch, so there really isn’t anything to complain about.
