The welcome was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect with no disturbing noise; we stayed in a Deluxe single‑room apartment with a balcony overlooking a nice courtyard and a great view of the Clerigos tower, and the major sights were a 10‑20 minute walk away; we also enjoyed a river cruise, a historic tram tour, and a full day in the Douro valley.

Everything is brand new and very comfortable, but the shower is a bit tricky and the water flow is weak.
