We had to leave the place after seeing the room, because it was not up to the mark at all. The floor and the room were bad, and the person at reception was not at all a good person; the office helped us saying you can cancel the work you will the refund from boking .com but still not got yet.

The budget was manageable, but the washroom had faded out towels and peeled walls.

The location of this hotel is its only redeeming quality - it's right in the center of town. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was a mess when I arrived, with dirty floors and a dark lobby that felt like a cave. To make matters worse, there was no parking available in the area, so I had to park a block away.

The concierge and reception staff at this hotel are absolute stars - friendly, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel falls short. The bar closes ridiculously early, and the breakfast options are geared towards Indian cuisine, which isn't exactly what I'm used to. The hotel restaurant is vegetarian, which is fine if you're into that, but I ended up eating at other hotels in the area.
