There was a persistent smoking odor in my room, the gate lock didn’t work, and the room key was just decorative; I had to request keys for my room, making for a terrible experience I would not recommend.

The location and staff service were fine, but cleaning was inadequate, and cockroaches and other insects were present.

No positives mentioned; the only issue was plastic crockery.

The location was convenient, yet the room was too small.
