The spread was good, but the taste could be improved.

The staff were super polite and both dinner and breakfast were very good. The bed and pillows were great. The room is not 27 meters; I subtract 10 meters.

All the staff were brilliant, especially the breakfast team and the porters, and last but not least Riddhi at the front desk was amazing. I will definitely book again.

The furniture is old and never up to the Hilton standard. The reception staff were very bad, especially the supervisor who asked me where I got the money when I tried to pay cash. Everything in the hotel disappointed me; the experience was very bad and disappointing, causing me to leave the hotel on the second night.
