I was extremely disappointed with my stay – absolutely not recommended. I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The hotel disappointed me in several ways. First, the cleanliness was utterly unacceptable. I rarely see such a dirty hotel in my life. The room was not clean and also very hot and uncomfortable. For the price paid, this condition is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Even more disappointing was the handling of my check‑in. I arrived at the hotel around 4 am and asked when I could check in. I was told that check‑in would only be possible around noon. Since I was out until about 7 am, I returned around 7 am very tired and politely asked if it might be possible to go into my booked room earlier. I was first told that an early check‑in would normally be chargeable. I then politely asked if an exception could be made. I was finally told that it was fine and I could occupy the room. For me, this gave the impression that I was allowed to check into my booked room earlier as a courtesy. However, just before 13 pm I was suddenly told that I had to leave the room again or pay again for further use. I find that extremely questionable. If an early check‑in was only possible for an additional fee, it should have been clearly communicated from the start. Then I could decide whether I wanted to pay for it. Additionally, from the beginning I had the impression that they did not want to give me the room I had actually booked and repeatedly offered me another, in my opinion significantly inferior, double‑bed room.
