“Palazzo Scotto. Alberobello's finest.”
I loved the entire Palazzo Scotto experience. From the moment we were welcomed at the door for a late check‑in to the pleasant goodbye at check‑out, the front‑of‑house staff greeted us with smiles and were always ready to help with questions about the area, travel, or our stay. The room was exceptional, blending traditional and modern elements; it was bright, airy, and quiet with air‑con, and it was cleaned daily if requested. Fresh towels were provided and the mini‑bar was restocked with a nice selection of drinks. Our balcony, though a bit small, offered the most amazing view over the roofs of the Trulli and a great view of the Church of Saints. The garden was a nice, relaxing spot partially covered by a plush grapevine. The evening meal at the restaurant was exceptional, and the staff were very professional. We especially enjoyed being greeted and served breakfast by Giuseppe in the morning. The only downside was that we didn’t like having to leave one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
