The accommodation is on flat ground, no slope, near the bus station and the metro, making it very convenient to travel into the city centre or to the suburbs. There are local eateries, convenience stores, and a traditional market nearby. The staff are friendly and sometimes speak common Vietnamese words. Here, they respect guests’ privacy; if you want housekeeping, just ask them. They are very punctual. My flight landed early, and they allowed me to check in early at no extra cost.

Everything got ruined just because I asked for an invoice and they refused to provide one. I do not recommend places that encourage illegality.

There’s a microwave and coffee machine in the lobby and a 24‑hour help desk. You can request your room to be cleaned at any time and it will be done promptly! The place is very clean and there were no issues. The location isn’t ideal because it’s surrounded by other hotels and more “sketchy” people. There are many conveniences around, but as a woman, you must be careful going outside by yourself at night.
