Hotel KREZ

I’m really grateful to the front desk staff! I arrived with my Chihuahua, only to find the hotel’s policy forbids pets. The employee handled it with great professionalism: she quickly found an alternative hotel that accepted us and helped us move over smoothly. Such service is rare. I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spotless, cleaned thoroughly. The hotel and its surroundings were very quiet, so I slept wonderfully. The staff were professional—polite, helpful, and resolved any issues fast. The location is fantastic, everything is easy to reach. I also want to note that the photos on the website match reality exactly. As for breakfast, it was decent and kept me from starving, but the only downside was the lack of basics: no pancakes, no syrniki, not even French toast. Maybe the older chef didn’t want to bother. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and will gladly return.

The room impressed me with its perfect cleanliness. It’s clear that order is maintained. The bathroom contains everything needed: a full set of disposable items (gel, shampoo, slippers, and other little things), which saves extra hassle. In the courtyard there’s a gazebo and a terrace. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to colleagues! Everything was great.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The hotel was quiet, which is very important to me, and the courtyard was cozy. The shower stalls need replacing; they’re squeaky but clean.
