“Attention !”
The residence sits right at the base of the slopes, but you have to pick the right trail for the return trip. The apartment is roomy, with two bedrooms and two bunk beds, listed for six people, though there’s only one bathroom and one toilet, which feels a bit tight for that many. There’s a big balcony and a decent pool—1.40 m deep everywhere, about 10 m long and 3 m wide—but not enough lounge chairs. The sauna, hammam, and shower programs (tropical storm, cold mist, etc.) are great. The place is new, so all furniture is fresh, the kitchen is fully equipped, and nothing to complain about there. We didn’t use the washing machine; the dishwasher works but isn’t great—intensive, high‑temperature, extra‑dry cycles are needed for proper wash and dry. At check‑in, the front door had a keypad that we weren’t told about and no bell, so we were outside in the cold knocking. The underground parking has a height limit of 2 m, a detail not mentioned in the listing, which rules out SUVs with roof racks—mine. After ten hours on the road, we were lucky to park in front of the reception, about six spots, but we had to lug our stuff up the stairs because the residence is a chain of three buildings linked by corridors; our unit was in the middle building. The heating wasn’t working when we arrived—it was fixed the next day. The Free fibre box, Wi‑Fi, and TV didn’t work for the whole stay and were repaired on the last day; we were given credentials to connect to a neighbour’s box after three‑four days. Water leaked from the bathroom ceiling, dripping near one of the ceiling spots; shower water pressure was low. The ski locker was tiny—only for two snowboards, one pair of skis, and three pairs of shoes—and the drying/ventilation unit doesn’t work, though the room is warm enough.
