The room was spacious and quiet. During breakfast, a staff member lingered at our table, approaching without being asked and describing the beauties of Urbino (which we had already visited) and its history. Despite the richness of the content and the appreciation for the storytelling, it was an inappropriate initiative that prevented us from enjoying breakfast peacefully, and we had to prepare for a business meeting instead.

The view is stunning, and the staff is far above average. Spectacular. The silence at night is a blessing. Nothing fell short.

Struttura bellissima ed estremamente confortevole, a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Urbino ma immersa nelle colline, in un angolo davvero delizioso. Colazioni abbondanti, dolci e salati, torte fatte in casa su terrazza panoramica, staff di una gentilezza straordinaria: davvero ultra consigliato!

Excellent location in the middle of the hilly landscape, friendly staff and owners, very nice modern rooms, 10 minutes by car to Urbino with good parking, very good breakfast with many homemade cakes, breakfast with a beautiful view of the landscape. Everything was fine.
