The staff’s service was the hotel’s bright spot, and the location was convenient, close to shops. The breakfast was basic but met its purpose. The parking was terrible, with a very tight uphill for large cars. Room cleanliness was disappointing in every way: the sheets didn’t smell fresh, the blanket had a used odor, the bath towels were old and dingy, and there was hair in the bathroom. The bathroom was cramped and showed no sign of being cleaned.

The place was very comfortable and spotless! The service was wonderful, and the breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The location was excellent, right near everything.

We liked the location, the reception staff, and the cleaning. The bathroom lacked a floor cloth, the plaster on the walls was falling off, the toilet flush was broken, the TV didn’t have Netflix, the main light in the room was burnt out, the air‑conditioning had no control, and the parking was tight for larger cars.

“Ótimo custo benefício, porém peca em alguns pontos importantes.”

They’re open 24 hours and the staff were eager to help. The location was great, with parking and a very good value. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning wasn’t working, so I had to change rooms. The curtains didn’t darken the room enough, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in either room, and there was no towel in the bathroom to dry my feet after showering.
