The staff were very considerate, and the room was spotlessly clean.

Everything was great—nice view, nice room, and a wonderful onsen and dinner experience! I only wish the hallway on the lower floor had been a bit cleaner, since our room was on that floor and shared access to the annex onsen.

The price of Kani Oden was high, yet the amount of crab was disappointing; I wanted more fried, grilled, and sashimi crab.
