The apartment is in a lovely house. Breakfast was included in the price, but we never received it during our three‑night stay. A house dog barked every night. We could use the pool on our arrival day, but the next day it was closed.

Staying here for the second year in a row is a choice we'd repeat without hesitation. It’s a special place where every detail makes the holiday unforgettable. A special thanks to the owners, always kind, helpful, and welcoming: their friendliness and attention to guests truly make a difference and make you feel at home. The pool is simply wonderful, impeccably maintained, clean, and perfect for absolute relaxation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for gifting us, once again, a beautiful stay. Nothing, it could even close. The rooms are old and dirty, there’s a stale smell. Sheets and blankets are worn and inadequate, straight out of the 1970s collections. The mattresses are another story. Towels are dirty, no hot water or heating. I couldn’t shower. Closets are full of junk, including dirty linens. I attached photos of the mess I found on Google.

The parking inside the property was convenient, but the house felt cold and there was no water bottle provided. For breakfast we received three vouchers to spend at a nearby bar, even though we were three adults and a child; I pointed out that one voucher was missing and the staff replied that the child was not entitled to breakfast because they didn’t pay for it. It was really awful… we left the vouchers on the table and ate elsewhere. Even though we often stay in Sarno, we’ll never return to this place again.

The spot was amazing, the apartment had all the comforts, and the pool was beautiful and impeccably maintained. Nothing negative at all!
