The service was phenomenal, truly very kind people for which we are very grateful. The big surprise was the discrepancy in breakfast pricing. A family who stayed the day before us on 25.09 wrote that breakfast buffet cost 250 koron, yet we were charged 520 koron per person. Why the difference? We stayed a day later on 26.09. The property was closed at night – there was no information on how to get back to the car (we had needed items there) and we wanted to retrieve our remaining clothes. The doors to the restaurant, through which we entered, stayed closed.

Breakfast was 250 koron per person and it was very generous. The hotel is large, comfortable, and pleasant. The place was completely empty, which made it feel rather spooky.

The place is wonderfully quiet and a short walk takes you into the old town, the breakfast is excellent and the coffee is top quality. Everything was fine.

The location was quiet, the rooms were adequately furnished with comfortable beds and a bathroom. The staff were unavailable, the main entrance was inaccessible and we had to bypass the entire area through a gate with an inconvenient opening and a container in front of it; there was no air conditioning or fan in the room (standard at the hotel), a sewage smell in the parking lot (not in the room), the water temperature didn’t flow cold after turning off the tap – we needed it for a dog, and I agree with other reviews that it’s a bit of a “ghost” accommodation, which is a pity; the basics were nice, a bit more life would have helped the place, and the fridge was quite loud.
