I appreciated the coffee, tea, hot water, and sweet snack that were available, and the water for drinking was fine. However, I found mold in the room and bathroom, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the door squeaked against the floor.

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The bathroom was awful—shower with mildew and dirty, some cobwebs in the room. The nighttime noise from the restaurant compressors below was extremely annoying; it was hard to sleep.

We didn't have breakfast because we left early, but the location was good for our plans, the owner was very friendly, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The value for money was okay. The towels felt a bit old, the two beds were somewhat small and not very comfortable, and we couldn't enter the room until after 17:00, but we understood that they were doing plumbing work, so that was fine.

The lady was welcoming and let us check in early. The room was spacious and clean, the shared kitchen had everything needed, including what was necessary to make a small breakfast. The location was quiet with parking. The quality‑price ratio was excellent considering the area.
