Modern and cozy place to stay. Nothing is missing and the rooftop is really great when the weather is nice. Bottles of water are provided in the fridge. A few too many spiders on the windows on the port side but access is difficult.

The houseboat and location have a lot of potential. Unfortunately our experience with this accommodation was very bad. The houseboat was stuck on the bottom due to low water level and hung extremely crooked. This caused constant tripping hazards inside and a very poor night’s sleep because of rolling in bed. The step from the pier to the boat was also dangerously large, a wide gap over open water with no plank, bridge or railing. With children this is an irresponsible and dangerous situation. The bumpers were hung wrong and had no function. When passing through commercial traffic the houseboat hit the floating pontoon. Comfort was lacking on all fronts: the shower drain was completely clogged, making showering impossible and there was filth with a strong sewage smell rising up. Because the host did nothing we had to partially clear the drain ourselves. There were no screens or curtains for the bedroom window. Lots of light and mosquitoes. The front door jammed a lot and closed poorly. The air‑conditioning could not cool the space at all on hot days. The most annoying part of all this was the host’s attitude. During our stay no one came to look at the situation or fix the problems. Our complaints about safety, hygiene and lack of comfort were continuously dismissed and brushed off with weak excuses. This accommodation should never have been rented in this state and under these conditions. Absolutely not recommended.

Location. Calm. Unusual accommodation. Bedding. Equipment. Huge spider webs on the exterior and when opening the windows the smell when flushing the toilet.
