This place is really well located, but there's some construction work happening in the area which can be a bit noisy. Overall, I'd say it's a great spot, but not ideal if you're looking for a quiet stay. The noise wasn't a huge issue, but it's something to be aware of. Still, I'd rate it highly for its convenience.
