“Összességében az ár-érték arányt elfogadhatónak találtuk, néhány kisebb nüansztól eltekintve jól ére”
The hotel sits in a quiet, nice spot with the bus and train stations nearby, and even drivers find it easy to reach; street parking was free and we always managed to park right by the entrance. The building looks nice but is heavily dated inside and out and could use a renovation. Check‑in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but adequate, equipped with a refrigerator that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, which was a lifesaver in the heat, and the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was unusually spacious, comfortable and well‑fitted, and the TV and air‑conditioning worked fine.
However, despite the listing saying rooms are cleaned daily, during our five‑night stay that never happened; when we arrived the bathroom looked as if the previous guests had left it, with used towels hanging on the rack and a trash can that wasn’t emptied. The electrical wiring was dangerously exposed, with a socket hanging in mid‑air. The hotel’s restaurant offers moderate prices; the receptionist suggested it for our meals. The first dinner we had was tasty but we waited an hour, and after numerous apologies the staff let us skip the drinks charge. Breakfast was served buffet‑style, the selection was decent and the food good, but service was consistently slow and indifferent, and tables still had crumbs and even leftover dinner bits from the night before.
