The location was close to the Braves baseball field. Our room was filthy; the carpet stank and felt sticky, and the couches were just as dirty and tacky. The office chair was broken, the bathroom sink faucet was broken, and the tub looked worn out.

The place was near Truist Park. It was dirty and had no smoking signs everywhere, yet it still smelled like smoke and marijuana. One of our beds had sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed.

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. I booked a king with a sofa sleeper but couldn’t check in at the scheduled time; I didn’t get the room I paid for even though I was there on time. They said after housekeeping finished I would be accommodated, but that never happened. My family and I ended up sleeping on a single bed.

The property itself wasn’t bad. I booked and when I arrived they made me pay for the room again, and they still haven’t refunded my money or responded to my messages to resolve the issue.
