The linen wasn’t changed after three days as promised, which is annoying in the hot summer when you sweat or wash more. There was no complimentary shampoo or body wash for at least the first day (luckily I brought my own). The bathroom lacked a fan or window (I was alone, but I wouldn’t recommend it for two people). There was no broom or cloth available, since the reception didn’t provide them. A bit more cleaning would have made it acceptable, as there were traces from previous guests. There was no place to hang laundry or towels, at least in the outside hallway. I would swap out the pillows for more substantial ones.

The location is perfect, but the courtyard is completely dark.

The location is fine, but the management is terrible. There was a modem in the room but no internet. I called and emailed the manager about the problem, and he didn’t respond at all.

В результате, еду пожарить не удалось, только можно было что-то сварить в кастрюле. 3. Интернет. Вайфай фактически не работал. То есть подсоединился без проблем, но скорости не было вообще. Пришлось остаться на мобильном интернете. Помещение полуподвальное, и мобильный интернет работал возле окна. В глубине аппартаментов (в кухне и ванной) интернета не было вообще. 4. Входная дверь в подьезд заедала. Нужно было прилагать усилия, чтобы ее открывать

The central historic location is nice, but there were two cockroaches in the room, the main door required a push, Wi‑Fi didn’t work in a room with no cellular signal, and the coffee maker didn’t brew. The staff was completely unresponsive and showed no willingness to fix the issues.
