The accommodation is a beautiful, rustic stable conversion that thrilled my daughter who loves horses. It was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of hot water and a sofa‑bed that was easy to set up. The outdoor area was great for the kids, complete with a flying fox, badminton racquets, and football goals. There’s also a small outdoor porch with comfy old seats for curling up with a book. Parking in the yard is easy. Jerome, the owner, greeted us on arrival, and there’s also a lockbox for the key so you can self‑check‑in. The property is in a quiet small village; just shop for groceries before you arrive. The price is very reasonable, and if we’d found this place earlier in our travels we’d definitely have stayed longer. The hotplate required a bit of guesswork to cook with.
