The view, the restaurant, and the air conditioning were all good. It was a bit noisy until 12:30 am, probably due to the restaurant staff at closing time; the window was closed, so the noise came from outside people.

There was no elevator, which should have been mentioned for disabled guests. The furnishings were awful: only one chair, one of which was broken, a tiny round table, and no shelves to put things in either the room or the bathroom; you had to put everything on the vanity.

The location was perfect, right on the beach promenade and at the river mouth with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés for every budget, and there were enough public parking spaces even in August. The rooms could have been a bit cozier and more comfortable, but the location made any lack of comfort barely noticeable.
