Exceptional stay at Two Harbours Guest House. Iain and Elizabeth were great hosts, gave us a warm welcome that made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding and the room had all the amenities. Best was the silent fridge. We would always come back.

Warm and welcoming, Iain and Elizabeth had thoughtfully provided everything we needed and went beyond expectations when we arrived back wet after a lovely walk to the lighthouse. Nothing else.

Very comfortable stay. Iain and Elizabeth made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet location and an excellent restaurant open Mon to Fri within walking distance. Can't think of anything.

We stayed at a beautifully appointed guest house on Scalpay, about a 10‑15 minute drive from Tarbet and just a 2‑minute walk to one of Harris’s best restaurants. Every detail in our room and the breakfast room impressed us, and we couldn’t think of anything we’d want different. Breakfast was the perfect start to our island days, offering a great selection that included mouth‑watering homemade pastries from Star Baker Elizabeth. We didn’t take advantage of the evening meal options, but I did enjoy a malt whisky from the Harris Distillery at the bar on the second night. Iain and Elizabeth were perfect hosts, full of fascinating island lore, and we would book again in a heartbeat whenever we return to the Outer Hebrides. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to explore Scalpay further or to have another breakfast.
