Nice, but the price was very high.
There was nothing to like. The hotel had wrong information and was a PG stay.
For the price, this place is a decent value, but there's definitely room for improvement. The rooms are okay, but the service could be better. The staff seem friendly, but they're not always attentive. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're on a budget, but don't expect too much.
The staff were supportive and responded quickly, even over the phone, and the manager handled everything well. They helped us a lot, so nothing negative.
I'm still trying to process the disaster that was my stay here. The hotel's location is decent, but that's where the positives end. The rooms were tiny and the noise from the street was relentless. I paid a premium for this place, but it was a complete waste of money. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which didn't help matters.
