My stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they were warm and welcoming, and their assistance with our lost luggage was nothing short of impressive. They even helped us arrange a convenient transfer at a reasonable price, which was a huge relief.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, I loved its location and the pool, although unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool since it wasn't heated and the temperature outside was a chilly 10 degrees. However, I was really disappointed with almost every other aspect of my stay, including communication, the reception staff, cleanliness, and the food, which was horrible. The rooms were in need of renovation, and I think the entire place needs a complete overhaul.
