The peace and the food are good, but the reception staff are very unpleasant.

I really liked the location of the property, the care of the surroundings, and the rooms; I even booked a suite directly on their website, not through Booking. The beach (by the way, it has a blue flag) was beautiful, spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. I have to point out an unpleasant attitude from a young woman working at the buffet dining room, wearing a pink shirt and a small calf tattoo. She was not very professional. I was seated after a very kind gentleman had helped me check in at the front desk, and shortly after she saw two other guests (two women) arrive; she insisted that I move to a two-person table near the buffet because it was supposedly reserved for them. I want to emphasize that the two men were healthy 50-year-olds with no issues (they didn't have to be moved for any reason). While I was eating, they made me take everything away and left because they had to seat those two women (probably they were giving them a tip under the counter). She was a real rude person, and even when other staff tried to say something, she was fixed on her point. I paid 3800€ for a suite and being treated like that feels absurd.

We used the hotel as a drop‑off point for the last 24 hours before the airport. The positive part was that we could have lunch at 15:00 during check‑in and our last meal after check‑out at 12:00. The pools were very nice, the sea access was good, the buffet and restaurant were decent but not great, especially the breakfast which was mediocre. The negative part was that there was no electricity all morning, the shower was lit only by my phone and there was no air conditioning. Our room faced the street, a rough word for it, and we slept very badly. The bedding was bad too. The reception staff were not friendly, but not at the buffet, for example. The parking was not well marked, and check‑in was complicated.

I really liked the facilities, the common areas, and the variety and quality of the food; overall the accommodation is pleasant and offers a comfortable environment to enjoy your stay. I didn’t like that an extra permit fee of $86 pesos was charged, since this charge wasn’t clearly indicated in the listing when I booked. I also had an uncomfortable situation at the restaurant in the afternoon shift when a young lady wouldn’t let me in for wearing a tank top, while other women were allowed in with similar outfits; I think the dress code should be applied uniformly to all guests. Finally, during my stay there was an interruption of the electricity and water service for a period of time, which was inconvenient.
