The surroundings are very nice, right in the Delta. There's a great restaurant nearby where you can have all meals. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and air‑conditioned. The owner was very kind throughout. The place was extremely dirty because of some workers staying there; we informed the owner and he took action, but it never became clean. A thorough cleaning and disinfection for several hours was needed. Our room was not dusty, yet despite telling the owner it remained dirty. A dedicated cleaning and disinfecting person is missing. The women's showers are communal, with no curtain separating them from the adjacent shower; one has a private curtain, but you still cross other curtainless showers. The fridge is very small, old, and doesn't meet recommended hygiene standards. The bathroom is separate from the room, requiring you to cross common areas.

New room with air conditioning, clean, and in a good location. A group is staying (seems like a long-term stay due to their routines) that kept chatting and laughing inside the building past 01:00 AM. The toilet cleaning also needs improvement. Note that a €1 cash tourist tax per person per night must be paid.

“CORRECTO”

The location is good. The room has air conditioning and mosquito nets and was spacious for the four of us. The private bathroom is outside the room, which should be made clear at booking. It's a hostel, and in our case workers were staying there, not tourists. Keep in mind it's not a hotel for tourists, so this can happen.

The 4‑bedroom suite was perfect, with air conditioning and quiet surroundings. The owner was very friendly and helped with everything you needed. However, to reach the bathroom you had to go through the dining/kitchen area, which was always crowded because other long‑term guests left their food and stuff as if it were their own home, so the kitchen, fridge and washing machine were constantly occupied.

The man who runs it is friendly. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness is what really struck me; it's a shame because the place could be so much better.
