I booked what I thought was a beachfront unit, but when I walked in I realized it was on the other side of the road, not on the beach at all. I never even stayed—just walked in, saw the real situation, and walked out, losing the $5,670 I’d paid for ten nights. The listing was a lie, and I’m calling out the platform for false advertising. I expect a refund.

The hotel itself looked good and the location was spot on. But when we got to our apartment it was far from clean—dust everywhere, even around the bathroom sink. To top it off, the duvet still had a dry‑cleaning tag from February 2026. Not what I’d expect for the price.

The location was amazing, but the unit was tucked inside the ibis hotel and not actually part of it. Finding it was a hassle, and the ibis staff were pretty rude when we asked for help. Not a pleasant experience.

The pool was closed and we were told too late to make other plans. They also didn’t give enough towels for everyone. For the price, I expected a better experience.
